Transmission problems won't shift out of first gear

It's probably beat , you can take it to a shop and have them check it , Or make sure fluid is nice and pink and at the right level , or drop the pan and see how much metal filings are in the fluid , There may be a magnet in the pan or you can use your own . If you have it rebuilt don't go cheap find a good shop .

Was the new PCM programmed using your VIN? It should have been. If it wasn't you need to have that done by a reputable service facility. That could very well be the problem. Hope that helps! Jim
