Battery has a full charge and connections all good? Any applicable trouble codes? The basics for a rough idle, check for a leak of some kind, fuel--egr--vacuum leak. You used a gage and checked proper fuel pressure? You have spark at all the plugs and fuel injector pulse? Check timing. Is it backfiring out the exhaust or intake? I can only help with testing.

Look under the hood in the dark. Bad plug wires will give you a light show if they're arcing. How old are the plugs?
