Engine Missing Rough Idle?

Asked by Kajunguy Aug 20, 2016 at 06:22 PM about the 1998 GMC Sierra 1500 C1500 SLE Extended Cab LB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I've got a '98 GMC Sierra
1500c 5.7 liter. The
engine is missing at 50-
60 mph goes away at
70mph. It happens
mainly when its hot or
its been running for a
while. It has also started
to idle a little rough if
left for more than a few
minutes. I've changed
fuel filter and O2 sensor
bank 2 sensor 2 which
O'Reiley's computer
sugested. I can hear the
fuel pump click on when
turning on the ignitio. It
has gotten better but
still running rough. Any
suggestions?
