I lose power on hills change the fuel pump and checked timing changed catalytic converters  almost like a restriction but nothing shows on the computer

could be any number of concerns...fuel pressure regulator...malfunctioning EGR...bad IAT (intake air temp) and Block temperature senders~ if well over 80,000 miles would argue that the egr valve is sufficiently clobbered with carbon and a bath in paint thinner or brake cleaner will make it operate properly~

connect a fifteen dollar OBD-II reader and read/reset your trouble codes~....NO codes will appear for a bad fuel pressure regulator~

tried all that the computer says everything is working fine, new fuel pump the air is flowing good changed catalytic converters if you push slow on fuel peddle it goes to top RPM.S kick it fast it starts bogging down and loses power

you know the purpose of the EGR is to introduce exhaust gas back in on deceleration and also when combustion temperatures get TOO hot, kicks in to put a little cat food in the chili (so to speak)~ ...so yours may very well be clobbered with exhaust carbon or the diaphragm is inoperative~

The TPS will make the ECU "go nuts" as it says...I'm here..NO I'm to the floor NO I'm mid positon....no I'm here to confuse the air/fuel mix..so yes they wear out...tho entirely optical DO get fouled up with use...it's a relatively cheap thingamabob so once it has been replaced...we can omit it from the spectrum of troubled areas~

Mine has been having the same problems, but is actually throwing codes. P0171, P0174, P033, P1133. Replaced 02 sensors, Checked MAF (good), replaced air filter, replacing spark plugs and wires. Any ideas?

I tried everything so now putting a new computer in it I hope this works Sorry you are having the same problem

....everything...we haven't tried the MOST basic...that is the 1/0 CABLE that connects the battery to the chassis ground...gets smoked with deposits from the mating surface....then becomes unreliable issuing varying voltages and available amperages~....so get a NEW battery and assure the ground connection is SHINY and able to pull 300 cold cranking amps with no care~
