When truck heats up it won’t start but lights come on

2000 GMC Sierra 1500 doesn’t crank after 15 mins of
driving. When I let it sit for 20 mins it cranks right up.
When it doesn’t crank the lights come on and when I turn
it over I get nothing. I’ve replaced alternator and starter.
Still having same issues. What can it be?
