High Oil pressure reading, what will cause it?

High oil pressure reading on gauge. Is this something that will harm my engine? and what is casuing this. oil level ok, and no leaks.

first thing is,replace oil filter,like now! not oil, but filter. may be blocked and without a oil bypass for such incorporated !

My truck reads REDUCED ENGINE POWER. My oil pressure pegs out high. What's going on ?
