Possible engine wear. Have you checked the oil level? You may want to try some oil additives to extend the life of your engine.

189000 miles only does this first thing in the morning Lik the oil is framing to the pan over nite the rest of the day starts up with oil pressure and no tapping

I would consider using a heavier oil. What weight do you use now? Something like Lucas oil additive might be worth a try.

Tried 102wd 40 no good so went to 5w30 like the book said Just seems like all the oil is draining back to oil pan over nite Like I said the rest of day all day it's fine

Oil does that. Try the Lucas which is supposed to help the oil stick to the moving parts.

Try a high quality oil filter with a silicone anti-drain back valve. It may or may not help.
