Oil pressure
2003 GMC Sierra SLE - Oil pressure reaches
upwards of 60 PSI when engine is running
and cold. Comes down slightly (40-45) when
warm. Is that normal? I am new to this truck,
and don’t want to risk hurting it.

Coming home oil pressure went from 40psi to 80psi. But when I turn key over it goes to 60psi. Then I start truck it goes to 80psi. What is my problem?
