Did you specificly order the transmission to a S.C? And if so do you trust there judgment.

You don't give enough information. Why don't you go to your local Ford dealer with your VIN number and he can tell you EXACTLY what transmission goes in your car. Your car is not so old that the dealer won't have the necessary info.
