All depends. Has the timing belt and water pump been replaced at between 70K and 85K miles? How has it been driven? How many owners.? The 2004 Audi A6 2.7T S-line is a standout car in all respects. If the car in question has been properly maintained per the factory scheduled maintenance plan and has not been raced or abused and has had just one, mature, caring owner, then I would jump on this deal! It's a fair price, especially if the car meets most of the aforementioned criteria. I would try to get them down to $6,800.00 based on the millage.
