Not to worry. This normal to sometimes see a fog of moisture or even ice crystals when your system is working really well and it is condensing off the moisture in the air around you. Like exhaling on a very cold day. I would guess it is very humid where you are. A revved up engine makes the A/C work even better, sometimes to a point where your evaporator (in the "heater box") ices over and blocks your air flow. If that happens, turn off the A/C until the ice melts off and drips a puddle under your truck. When you turn your A/C back on, run your fan even faster, but don't run it on "Max A/C", so to keep it from refreezing. I have lots of refrigeration experience and get this question all the time. Your A/C is running fine!
