2003 Audi A4 stalls and jerks when I start

I just purchased a 2003 Audi A4t convertible and ran great
but went crazy about 10 hours in my truck across country.
When I stopped to get the car started to lurch and stall
below 10 mph. I thought maybe I had bad gas so I got an
octane boost and refilled with 91. Problem got a bit better
but still lurches and stalls every now and then when I start
moving but once I get to 10 mph runs great. Going to the
slop tomorrow but trying to find answers.

To expand on this, I took it out first thing this morning with no signs of the problem but about ten minutes into the ride I stopped and when I started it started to do this again
