The battery in my 2001 Audi A8 is dead andI cannot open the trunk to charge it, is there another way?

if you look closely it should have a key hole, next to where the button is, it is just hidden...

charles; hey everyone i just popped the trunk of my 02 audi a8 with a dead battery and the easiest way to get in without all the headache and stress is through your ski boot in the middle of your back seat get a flashlight and a long enough stick look straight to the back of your trunk and your emergency release lever is just above where your lock is your owners manual will show how it looks use your stick and push it down and presto!!!!!!!

For the life of me i can not fine this latch

The key is stuck in ignition and spare wont work in that trunk key hole... And there is no entry way whatsoever in back seat 2006 Audi. A8 4.2

Connect a low amp. 12 volt charger to the positive cable of the alternator and the negative clamp to the frame. It took me a couple days of charging and the engine started. JWS
