Ac blower on my 2005 Yukon xl 1500
Literally going on and of tried resetting  but still just going
on and off, when it runs it blows cold air just fine

Sounds like resistor or fan blower motor going out. Usually right below the ac controls in the cab. If it was a fuse it would go out immediately. Or low freon would just stop blowing cold. Try ur heater If it stops blowing with the heater on too then it's one of the things I said. Good luck with that.
