M-side is Side Marker. The CYP sensor is an electromagnetic device that picks up the position of the Cylinders in the engine in the distributor. CYPM is the ECU pin location which I think for 93 H22A engine if your is that one is Pin B-12 but it can be traced back to ECU from CYP sensor in distributor with a voltmeter one probe on sensor wire other probe on ECU connector harness then look for the matching pin at ECU. Basically there is a side Marker Light out and The CYP sensor or its White/orange wires has signal issues, and if its the sensor itself is bad (most likely but test wiring) then buy a new or refurbished distributor as the sensor is not sold by itself. Could be in wiring or ECU but more likely its the sensor as its known to fail because of its moving part.
