I just had my 1996 Honda Del Sol S with 130 thousand miles, get it's first big over haul. Top gasget, timing chain, axels, water pump, etc, Now it turns over & won't start at times. What's wrong?

Did it even start after you did all that work? If not, it could be the timing belt is out of synchronization.

Yes, it started. Sometimes it starts right up, and then at times it just tries to start. I wonder about a the fuel pump?
