I have a 2002 Hyndai Santa Fe v6 Automatic LX and the guages in front of the steering wheel go up and down sometimes it's the gas gauge and sometimes it's the velocity gauge how do I fix this?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

For times the velocity gauge will work but the velocity will go down if your going at 60mph
on a freeway and if its not the velocity gauge it is the gas guage when the car is either
running or stoped

That could actually be a bad wheel speed sensor on front right or one of the sensors on the top of the transmission. Have you had the car checked for any stored engine trouble codes? They do not always turn the check engine light on.
