What could the problem be?

A diagnostics test was done and the code P0170 is what came up . Well it has a half tank of gas. Is there anyway to narrow it down? I'm a signal mom. So money is tight I can't afford to buy parts I don't need replaced..

    I've changed the crank shaft sensor, the coil pack, the ECU fuse, and the electronic control module and it still won't crank. Even replaced the battery.
