my Jeep runs rough with you first give it gas while you're driving rpms will just drop down and come back up sometimes it lasts all and not start right back up again

Could be a few problems from bad plug wires to a mass air flow sensor to just a broken vacuum line. I would start with checking all the wires on the sensors under the hood, then looking for broken vacuum lines before you spend any money on parts. Just a loose or broken vacuum line can cause all kinds of run problems
