1994 jeep grand cherokee

I have a 94 jeep grand cherokee that is
giving me problems starting everytime i turn
it off. I have a brand new battery, new
alternator, new plugs, wires, distributor and
new ignition pack. Ive had the starter tested
it tested good per autozone. When it was
warmer outside it wasnt that often where it
didnt start npw that its cold its everytime i
turn the car off. This morning i couldnt get it
to start at all. Please help if you have any
idea or suggestions. I would really
appreciate it. Thank you.

I assume when you say it doesn't start - you mean the engine turns but does not fire up? If so these are very common for crankshaft position sensors and are mount in the rear of the engine mounted on the transmission bell housing. This tell the engine computer that the engine is turning and should activate the fuel injectors and spark control system. Tough to get at though ( My trick is to lower cross member of trans and reach the bolt with long extension and socket good luck

when you first turn the key on do you hear the fuel pump? when is the last time you replaced the fuel filter? have you had the fuel pressure checked? a plugged fuel filter can and will cause this issue try cycling the key 2-3 times turn it on wait 30 seconds shut it off do this 2 - 3 times then try to start it, if it works you have a fuel delivery issue I would start with a new fuel filter they should be replaced once a year especially with this great fuel we have with ethanol.
