Yes, but verify the gear ratios are the same. Check the tag on one of the differential cover bolts. Here is a site with info on your Grand Cherokee. 1993 - 1998 are the same generation so many parts are interchangeable. https://www.allpar.com/SUVs/jeep/1993-grand-cherokee.html
