I have a 1995 Grand Cherokee Limited and I am randomly getting front end noise. This can be a rumble or even a howl in the driver's front wheel with vibration. This happens at random and I just never know when. Ths is a AWD NP249 TC and we have replaced both front and rear drive shafts, both cv axles on the front end.The transmission was recently rebuilt about 4 months ago too. I just have no clue what's causing this and it's hard to pinpoint when it happens randomly then after cutting car of will be ok later. I'm thinking perhaps differential but would like an expert opinion.
