Jeep won't run under 1000rpms

My 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee will not idal
under 1000 Rpms the jeep stalls out only
way to keep jeep running is depressing the
gas I've replaced idal air control tps map
sensor crank sensor cam sensor distributor
fuel filter pcm  and checked all wired for
shorts and vac lines for cracks or leaks
and I still can't get my jeep to run correctly
it's a pain to start the jeep too it likes to
miss and back fire when starting but once
started the jeep runs fine as long as your
above 1000rpms any ideas or help would
be nice

change the f/inj or get a noid light and see if there is power to the fuel injectors

With noid light we get power to injectors but at 1000rpms or lower there's no power to injectors they just randomly shut off
