What do I need to do to swap a 1998 5.2 to a 2000 5.9

I'm wanting to swap my 5.2 to a 5.9

If you do this your truck will probably never pass smog inspection again.

Ain't worried about it the ain't strict on smog where I live it will have full converters and exhaust

Well I'm sure it will work they are identical both motor use the same block I was wondering what I need to keep and change out like torque converter etc...
