Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Finalllly after months and months got my jeep
back on the road but since it sat so long, we are
running into kinks. It now runs fine except for these
things:

1. The very first turn I make right after I start it up
(about 300-500ft out a driveway) I will get
momentary loss of power and a small popping
sound (pops twice and sounds like mini misfire).
As soon as I feel the power loss I ease off throttle
and in seconds it straightens out and power kicks
back. Only does this for the first turn after starting
the car.
2. The cooling fan does not seem to be coming on,
temp gauges are normal but I can smell the engine
overheating, jeep shakes when too hot, and oil
pressure gauge stays pinned at 60 from the
moment I start the car.
3. There is a rattling noise whenever I apply the
brakes. Only when braking, it stops when Idling at a
full stop.

Any ideas to any problem? Any relations? TIA
