Is there a release button for the rear window on the rear liftgate on a 1999 jeep grand cherokee

I have the 1998 5.9 limited and above the rear lift gate handle ( not really visible but you can feel it) is a button, press it upwards and the glass only will open. Not sure about a 1999 but worth checking out.
