My truck feels like its stuttering for lack of a better word. It's done it in the past but only when it was idling. I got in to drive and it stutterd the whole time driving. I. Thought it would stall.

There must be a check engine light displayed. Scan for codes and fix accordingly. It could be any number of causes but the codes will get you closer to a diagnosis. It could also be a fuel problem. Do a pressure test at the Schrader valve on the fuel rail...60psi. Replace fuel filter if is older than 30K miles.
