Can you make a 4.0 jump time by tapping cam sensor to far to the left

I couldn't get the screw off the cam sensor so I tapped it with small chisel it
moved to the right could I have made it jump time?

You could change the cam timing slightly with what you did. How much depends on how far you moved it. My guess is you only moved it a degree or so which probably would not be noticeable.
