how do you remove the cooling belt tensioner, removed lower bolt but seems to be another bolt

If it's like other Chrysler products, you have to loosen the pulley bolt (located through the center of the pulley) as well as a throughbolt that runs perpendicular to the pulley bolt located behind the pulley. The throughbolt will loosen the tension on the belt, but you have to loosen the pulley bolt first.
