Blower motor

Blower motor works for 1 minute then stops and
won't work till I let it sit for about a day.

I suspect that motor has a thermal cutout in series with the armature ,,, does it do it in all speeds? If you put it on low does it run longer before it stops?

It cuts off at any speed the temp gauge is on. Could it be the relay fuse or do you think I need to get a new blower motor?

If the fuse were blown it would not start until you changed the fuse so the fact it starts at all indicates that the fuse is OK ... There is a resistor pack for that blower and it may be opening when it gets hot ,,, can you get different speeds before it stops running? (if resistor pack is bad, you won't get all the speeds)
