I have a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. My passenger side floor is always wet. Sometimes it is like a puddle. What is the problem?

most likely the EVAPORATOR under the dash next to the heater core(cabin air filter is just that an air filter nothing to do with water) It's a pretty big job but can be done in around 4 or 5 hours, first remove dash then remove your HVAC system(everything is in that heater core, evaporator, etc.) also check your blend doors while you have the dash off I found a really good evaporator on amazon for 60 bucks
Check for low ac freon, making too much condensate
If you live in a humid environment, the HVAC evaporator will create moisture as it removes humidity from the air, this water has to drain somewhere, usually thru a small drain hose connected to the cabin air box. Very possible the service guy or the whoever removed the dash did not reconnect the drain line, or the drain line is clogged. Get a factory service manual so you can identify and find the hose. If disconnected it will fill the air box in the passenger side of the dash and eventually drain to the floor board.
