Window is messed up!!

The driver window started not going down a couple of days ago. Now the window sinks about a third of the way down and i cannot get it to stay up. I know that i will have to take to door panel off to fix it because it has come loose from something. Can anybody help me out with how to do this?

Remove the door panel with a door panel removal tool. It looks something like a forked flat head screwdriver. Detach all of the electrical connections from the panel. The actuator and electrical motor should be located inside the door frame.
door panel removal tool? no need to waste the money for that. just pop it off with a screw driver. Don't forget about the screws next to the door handle...
the window regulator is faulty, the cable hook onto a piece of plastic and the plastic breaks, replace the regluator.. ps the door panel clips are hard to remove, a good solid pull will likely be required to get the panel off, and there is ususlly a couple of screws also. if you need to get the window up i suggest pulling stright up on the glass and use some clear 2" packing tape to hold up the glass.
