Which is the correct NEUTRAL safety switch for my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo

Does anyone know which NEUTRAL safety switch is the correct one that I need.  I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0 2WD.  I looked on ebay and they show 2 different products when it comes to the NEUTRAL safety switch.  1 Looks like a fat spark plug with prongs on one end and the 2nd switch has electrical wires and plug-in plastic ends.  Can someone advise?  Mark thanks for your earlier help!!
