I noticed water on the front passenger floor of my 2001 Grand Cherokee. What could be the cause?

The A/C seems to work fine. I saw no warning lights or abnormal gauge readings, but
when we returned to my garage, my wife noticed the items under her feet were wet. Do I
have loose or damaged hose, or something more serious?

I have a 2000 sitting in my garage right now your heater core hoses end on the engine compartment side of the fire wall so doubtful that its a hose its a pretty tight fit through the firewall id say most likely you have a bad heater core .
ac vent/weep hole clogged /bad heater core...
Thanks! Will a bad heater core affect driving?
if thats what is is than at least try and put some sealer in the system and / or keep it full.

It all depends on what is leaking if it is anti freeze its your heater core and if it is just water the A.C condensation drain line or clogged.

sorry for your situation. in April 2015 I bought a new heater core and harness and cooling fan for my 2002 jeep overland told cost 3800 with warranty then a new radiator and water pump but if you love jeep its a great investment
Maybe it's just a bit of melted snow that seeped under the floor mat. I had that happen to my 2005 Jeep. I just dried it all out and never saw it again! Joe
