Try pushing the #1 button and look at the radio. If it says dr-1, push the set button. Try it first without the key. Turn the key to "on" if it doesn't work. Sorry to be vague but it's been a while.
OK i see that there has been a recall on the heated seats in jeep Grand cherokee. Now i just bought this jeep on monday, I knew i was buying the car as is... but didnt know about the recall, Do you think i can still go get it fixed free of charge at a jeep dealer since the recall? Just thought i'd see what would happen since i didnt buy it from a dealer....lol
Register the car with the dealer so you get the recall notices. It doesn't matter if you bought the car new or used.

turn key on, set seat where you want it, press set button then press 1. same thing for #2. some of these jeeps you set mirrors and radio to your liking then press the set button. they should set to your position when you unlock door w/key fob.

To reset the memory on your seat you have 3 buttons on the drivers door, 1 ,,2 a d M. Set the seat where you want then push the M then the number 1 or push 1 and M together.
