My 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited 4.7L

My engine Misfires when I take off from a light .I
just replaced the spark plugs , cleaned the Map
censor and did a seafoam treatment  on the
throttle body and I replaced the IAC valve today
because it was stalling out when I let off off the
gas .but it's still Misfires if I try to take off full
throttle. Does anyone know what could be the
problem?
