Will a 2001 jeep grand Cherokee 4.7L radiator fit in my 2000 jeep grand Cherokee 4.0L?

I'm trying to get a rad from an auto
wreckers and it would be appreciated if it
would work. If not then I would like to know
what would be a decent rad to get for my 00
grand Cherokee

They are not the same part numbers. I would highly suggest the time to modify would not be worth the effort.
