I have a 4.7 v8 Jeep larado and it's giving me lots of coses

Asked by Jeep4life77 Feb 29, 2016 at 11:05 PM about the 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4WD

po172,po138,po141,po300,po302,po304 had all the
codes checked and replaced all the coil and plugs
also the oil and 1 o2 sensor and it still gives same
codes I did find a long ground in behind my block not
sure if it matters also have good compression Amy
ideas o n why it still misfires
