Power steering and automatic transmission fluid look very much the same. Are you sure that the leak is not from a power steering hose?

I'm 100% sure it's not from ps hose. When I add the ps fluid it gushing out of the trans oil cooler. Something is causing that presure to build up and burst the trans oil cooler. I didn't have this problem until I put the new ps pump on.

Consulted with a friend that owns a 2004 Jeep Cherokkee, he says that there is a transmission oil pressure sensor, he had to replace it some years back because it went bad and the fluid was backing up. Maybe this is your problem and a coincidence that it happened just after you replaced the valve body. Adding fluid to the power steering pump should not create this type of problem with the transmission, they are two different systems.
