I have a 2003 jeep grnd cherokee limited when I turn jeep off for about 30 40 seconds after the black componet behind glovebox makes a clicking noise wat is or makes that happen?

It's most likely the air damper for the climate control system that lets the outside air into the vehicle. I've seen this issue in other vehicles. Check your fuses.
