Most likely the clicking is a bad actuator for a temperature door or mode door. See if it goes away when you change the temperature setting or the setting for floor air, dash air, or defrost. This will help determine which actuator is bad. Hope that helps! Jim

It doesnt go away no matter where I put the temperature or controls. It doesnt do it constantly just randomly even if the truck is off. I did figure out that if I have the heat on, it will only blow out hot on the drivers side, cold on the passenger side. Any ideas how to get to this actuator?
