Integrated Central Stack/Climate Control not working

Touch screen works but manual knobs, driver
heated seat, heated steering wheel, eco mode,
volume lights out.  Solution-fuse panel is located on
passenger side under the hood.  Turn off vehicle
engine, Locate fuse 49, pull it out, wait a minute or
so, reinsert fuse (if good). Start vehicle.
