Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I stopped my car and all the anti-freeze pooured out so I poured more in and it poured out in seconds could it be a hose or the water pump? Had no problems with the water pump prior to this and didnt hear any poblems. Car was inspected a month before and there was no problem with the water pump

Where is the coolant leaking from? If it's that fast it shouldn't be hard to find?
I would check around for leaks, must be big hole if it pouring out, could be water pump, they do suffer from wear. This does involve removing the front end and the cambelt to change it though. They don't usually suffer from any other leaks from the cooling side really. Check the pipes on the oil cooler to as they sometimes split if they get twisted when removing the oil filter Hope this helps Regards Lee @ VAGTUNE
