No power at all no crank no start no light's

My jeep started right up and ran fine but once I went under
the hood and behind the anti freeze reservoir I seemed to
touch and wiggle the 1st computer connection and lost all
sound and power what did I do?

Thanks for the response I went back down to the car about hour ago I pressed on the breaks without the key in and the interior lights came on i put the key in and they went back out still no turn over no noise no nothing the inside head lamps are still diming and I hear ticking now like its coming from behind my dashboard..

If you loosened the computer connection you should make sure it is plugged in correctly.

I barely loosened the connection i seen a youtube video basically I went outside touched it and got back in the drive seat to all power lost now a ticking sound any tips F_O_R?
