I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee special edition and everytime I let off the gas it holds back like the brakes are to tight or sticking but there good I know it could be in the front end but I'm conf

Check the brakes again, if they feel like there sticking double check them are they generating a lot of heat touch the rim. NEXT try putting it neutral does it roll freely? Drive line or brakes isolate the problem.

Well when I'm in drive I let off the gas and with out touching the brakes you can feel slow way down and being AWD I think it's the front end as we speak I'm putting lower ball joints in and wheel barrings on both side and I also change all the tie rods
