I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee don't knowwhat it could be but it runs good but was going to work about 3 weeks ago and it started making this bad sound when you put it in gear to move it sounds like gears are grinding off but it shift gears good had somebody to tell me it was the 4 wheel drive whatndo you think it could be need it trying to find out howto fixit

You could have problems with wheel bearings, the differentials, transfer case etc. You need to narrow it down to the source.
