2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I need to
know where the vehicle speed sensors are
located?

Wheel speed sensors are located at the wheel bearing hubs at each wheel.

There is a speed sensor on the transmission also on the outside of the transmission case if you have the 545RFE. So it is dependant upon which transmission your Jeep has as to location of the speed sensor application.
