Jeep05 3.7 4 wheel drive

Someone changed a front axle and drive shaft ran great
best ever for two days then I'm driving it revs up and I
coast to side off the road and it wont go in drive reverse or
in park I hook a computer and it reads code u1411 when I
put it in drive or reverse it makes kinda like a winning
sound and when I put it park in clubs...does anyone know
what the problem is ive researched callled and cant get an
answer? Ty
