my 2005 grand cherokee laredo 4x4 3.7 has an oil issue when i check oil between changes it barely shows on the dipstick but no smoke and no oil on ground looks milky on cap. what is causing this

thats bad. check your coolant and see what it looks like. bad head gasket or cracked block at a water jacket. its mixing with coolant. sorry

I have the same issue. there is no oil when I go to get my oil changed. but the coolant looks fine.
