Id say 3k if its in good shape. Its a pre-face lift car and aesthetics are what sell cars. Also the miles kill it. I know its an older car and the 2.8 is reliable far beyond that but people are dumb to cars and treat every car the same so 100k on an audi is the same as 100k on a tercel (which would be coming apart at that point versus the audi's ability to double that b/c germans rarely get rid of their cars)
